Fantastic cut, honestly Scott has given me one of the best if not the best fade I’ve had. Let him choose what to do which he discussed with me before hand. Super happy with the fade and will be going here as my regular from now on.

Young guy that did my hair did an amazing job, was warm and welcoming, made me feel incredibly comfortable which means a lot as I’ve got quite severe social and general anxiety and haven’t been to have my hair cut in some time, AND my bus was late then I had to walk and he waited for me so kindly

Great service, I booked in with Laura, she did a great job, exactly as I asked for. As a woman with a shaved hair style it can be intimidating going into Barbers, but it has such a good vibe in there, I was made very welcome from the start. I'd highly recommend Jack of all fades!
Josie is the Owner of Jack of all fades, she has 10+ years experience in the barbering industry and has been in the barbering education sector for 6 years, she has previously educated at south Devon college and Exeter college. Her vision was to always create a barbershop and training academy combined, this would mean she could create jobs for her trainees and to help them execute cuts to the highest standard for all clients.. The future vision for Jack of all fades is looking impressive so keep your eyes peeled and book in with us to join in on our journey.
Scott Adams
Scott is an original Jack of all Fades, he has been with us from the start and has a true passion for barbering. He has been in the industry now for 4+ years after training with Josie at south Devon college.
His growing clientele are more than satisfied with his skin fades, scissor and beard work, tapers and his general precision to each cut he takes on, it's a pleasure to have Scott as part of our team.
Charlie Wright
Charlie is our youngest recruit and has developed the nickname of "baby bean"! Charlie completed his training with Josie at Exeter college in 2022, he comes from a background of barbering and has a huge love for the barbering world... His passion for the trade has seen him build up his own clientele substantially over the last 2 years, you can find Charlie Thursday-Sunday in the shop.
Dan Drew
Dan started his training with us at Jack of all fades a year ago, Dan was such a great fit for the shop so we asked him to hop on board, since he joined us we have seen him flourish as a barber, his precision and focus is second to none and he is also incredible with alL his clients!
Shaun Outlaw
Shaun was trained at Jack of all Fades in 2023 and was a perfect fit for our expanding team. In the last year he has had some regular in-house training to sharpen up his skill set, The mullet has been Shaun's favourite cut to execute.
He has built a very steady clientele since he started working with us and is an asset to our team.
Lau Nixon-white
Lau is our Junior Barber, she completed her training in- house and has since been having regular training to improve her skill set. Laura has picked up the trade extremely quickly and is a complete natural to the barbering game. She is offering cheap rates currently, however this will go up soon! Lau has completed our Jack of all fades team!
