48 hours notice is acceptable therefore there will be no charge when canceling your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment there will be a 50% charge, if you don't cancel your appointment and forget to turn up there will be a FULL service charge, this is to ensure our barbers don't miss out on payment as they are self employed.
